hexagon-nodesLabs

Each lab is a living research environment. Some focus on food, some on water, some on coordination and governance. All share a common set of principles and contribute to the same open network.

Here you can explore the labs working across Lumeon's ecosystem. Each lab carries its own identity, team, and focus, but all are connected through 12 Horizons and a shared commitment to working in the open.

chevron-rightWhat Makes a Lumeon Labhashtag

Lumeon Labs is a network of interconnected labs, each oriented toward one or more of the twelve horizons that frame our collective work.

Labs are where ideas become tangible through research, projects, tools and shared resources.

Each lab operates with its own governance, team and focus. Some are structured as cooperatives, others differently. What unites them is a shared set of principles: openness, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and a commitment to producing work that is both rigorous and accessible.

Labs don't work in isolation. They share data, collaborate on projects that span multiple domains, and contribute resources to Commons. A breakthrough in one lab often sparks new inquiry in another. This cross-pollination is by design.

Lumeon supports and coordinates the network, setting initial conditions and tending the connective tissue between labs. But each lab follows its own evolutionary path. As labs mature, they develop their own identity, community and presence.
